Life is challenging. Its' no wonder so many of us end up feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. I've been in private practice for over 12 years and have worked successfully with individuals from all walks of life. Whether new to therapy, or returning for a tune-up, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and understood.
Individuals with long term and short term goals are welcome. I enjoy working with a diverse group of people from the greater Philadelphia area, and because sessions are online, I can speak with you anywhere within Pennsylvania.
My therapeutic orientation includes emotionally focused, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based strategies. Sessions are 50 minutes. I offer a sliding scale of $70-$145 per 50 minute session for individuals without insurance. Aetna, Cigna, and United / Optum insurance accepted.
