I specialize in supporting Gender and Sexual Minorities. Using CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Solution Focused therapies. I support both adolescents and adults in exploring their identity & expression. I am able to support medical transition, assess and dx gender dysphoria, and provide psychoeducation for trans considerations with families.
The GSM community disproportionally experiences trauma. I work with individuals looking to make small changes daily that will create the life they want and deserve. I am here to validate where you are and help you in understanding how your experiences influence your choices and behaviors.
