I have trained as a child and family therapist working with trauma and acute crisis situations. I now offer Telehealth services for youth and adults throughout the state of Missouri. I am trained in several modalities, with specific competency training in working with queer and transgender individuals, neurodivergence, disability, as well as caregivers wanting to better support their children. I also have training in play therapy and several body-based perspectives, including polyvagal theory and MNRI.

We work with individuals on a variety of different issues directly impacting their lives: pregnancy, abortion, sexuality, gender identity, relationships, and the intersection of these experiences with religion/spirituality. The things we most need to talk about are often the things that make us uncomfortable, challenge our worldview, or are deemed “socially unacceptable”. Exploring these issues and our feelings in a safe environment expands our horizons and helps us to better understand ourselves and the world around us.
