Whatever the reason for you seeking therapy, I am here to listen and help, as long as you're willing to work with me and be honest about your progress and goals.
I have found that clients most often find it helpful for someone to listen to their experiences and provide feedback and tools to try out and use. I will help you find what tools work depending on your specific case, diagnoses, personality, goals, and abilities.
