My name is Jaime Spatrisano. I am originally from the midwest but have been enjoying Alaska's nature since 2010 when I moved up. I worked as a therapist for over 10 years and became a clinical psychologist in 2019. I then began a postdoctoral fellowship with Fuller Diagnostics in 2022 where I was trained as a clinical neuropsychologist. I have been conducting neuropsychological evaluations since and recently opened a private practice where I conduct neuropsychological evaluations for a variety of concerns including ADHD, autism, dementia, and traumatic brain injuries.

I am a Psychologist and lifelong Alaskan, growing up and working in Anchorage. My clinical focus and expertise, whether as a therapist or when conducting evaluations, is to work with individuals to develop a sense of personal strength and capacity, and to identify and achieve their goals. I work with them and their family/support system to understand the basis of their current challenge(s), and collaborate to develop resources and skills that are developmentally appropriate for a successful resolution. My practice is split between providing therapeutic services and conducting neuropsychological evaluations.

Services Provided Our services include a thorough evaluation which will include an initial diagnostic impression. Our office will provide you with patient education and our reccomendations for additions to your current treatment plan, and may serve as a complement to the current treatment team. We are a multidisiplinary team and utilize multiple modalities for patient care including Tele-Medicine. Face to Face Services Depending on your location in Alaska, your initial appointment may be a face to face appointment with one of our providers.

I provide a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) that combines standard "talk therapy" with Jungian-based tools and art/play therapy approaches that allow for greater exploration of the unconscious. My name is Maliko and I am a second generation Japanese American living in Fairbanks, Alaska, also known as Tanana Dene Land. I specialize in somatic based, neurodivergent affirming, trauma responsive therapy.
