I use a variety of trauma-informed techniques to tap into your innate strengths, develop solutions, and help you make moves toward improved well-being and a sense of fulfillment.
I have extensive experience working with adults facing a wide variety of challenges and struggles. Along with traditional talk therapy I use cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic work, mindfulness, and other creative approaches depending on your needs and what feels helpful to you.
