I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the field as a therapist with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 9 years both in home-based and outpatient settings. I have a diverse experience using a variety of evidenced based treatments including psycho- dynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. My areas of practice include, but are not limited to: working with youth, young adults and families with the clinical focus of trauma related disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and adjustment difficulties.

I am passionate about working with individuals and couples during their perinatal journey (the time from pregnancy through early parenthood). I have specific training and interest in treating pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs; PPA/PPD/PPOCD), birth trauma, and adjustment to parenthood. I also have specialized training in pregnancy after loss.
