At some point in life we all encounter a challenge, struggle or obstacle that may cause us to stumble or fall short of our dreams or expectations. We have a difficult time discerning the next step we should take and are confused by the many different opinions and influences of others. It is in these times that help from a professional counselor may be in order to aid in getting back or getting to the life we deserve. My name is Roshanda Neal and I am passionate about helping you to become victorious as you strive towards living your best life.
I have worked with individuals and families in various capacities of education and counseling for over 20 years. Much of this experience has dealt with emotional and behavioral issues among teenagers. I help with women's and men's issues, self-esteem, confidence, relationship challenges, work stressors, parenting and grief/loss.
Affordable, yet quality mental health services are not easily accessible. Offering virtual sessions allows clients to overcome barriers such as transportation or limited time in order to meet their mental health needs. This allows clients the convenience of meeting in their own space at a time that's right for them. I look forward to working with you online.
