Here at Transformative Therapy Services, we want what YOU want. The client is the star of the show, the center of the process and and the whole reason we are even here. We take being client centered very seriously and as such, it's difficult to describe the 'ideal' client for the practice as we truly believe in meeting people where they are. We want what the client wants and that is usually some improved version of their current self. The client truly is the expert so we look to their guidance to set the tone the work we do together. If you are willing to do the work, we will work with you regardless of what symptoms you bring!
Lead Clinician and Clinical Supervisor of Transformative Therapy Services
This is a GROUP practice. There are four different therapists available at this time. We are Black owned and are unapologetic about our centering on the needs of Black people specifically. Our clinicians have multiple areas of expertise including Trauma, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and the development of healthy relationships (familial, romantic and otherwise)
Transformative Therapy Services is Black focused, gender affirming, LGBQTAI+ allied and sex worker friendly. We do not consider those buzz words and we stand behind these communities in real life. We are particularly fond of creative souls and our office is a safe space for all religious/spiritual beliefs (even if that belief is atheism or agnosticism).
