My name is Dr. Kynetta McFarlane and I created Transformative Health to provide trauma-informed and affirming care.
I have been identified as an expert in trauma in federal court and am focused on reducing distress while empowering my patients. I also have specialized training in trauma, children and adolescents, family systems, sexual and racial minorities, anxiety and depression, and psychological testing.
I believe that everyone has the ability to change, but past traumatic events can make that very difficult. To help in this process, I attempt to create safe spaces by providing therapy that is based on a strong relationship that respects your voice, values, and culture.
