I work with spiritually curious, high-achieving people who don't just want to cope with pain, fear, or challenge. They want to evolve through it. Something in your life is not responding to the level of intelligence and commitment you've thrown at it. You can see it. You understand it. And it's not changing. Your body and health are paying the price. You're giving your power away in the same relationships. You cannot get past the ceiling that has nothing to do with your talent or your effort. You know there is more. There is. I facilitate a relationship between who you truly are and every part of you that has forgotten that.
I combine Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, spiritual practices, and quantum-level transformational work to create change at the level of identity, not just symptom management. I offer individual sessions and intensive coaching programs ranging from 1 to 10 months for people who want deep, structured, lasting transformation.
Many of my clients are students of Joe Dispenza, To Be Magnetic, Abraham Hicks, Byron Katie, and other consciousness teachers. They have done the meditations, the retreats, the workshops. And something essential still has not shifted. This work reaches what those frameworks cannot, because it works with you personally, somatically, and in real time.
