I utilize evidence-based interventions CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalities depending on what your need is. I am certified in EMDR for trauma treatment. Working with co-occurring and substance use disorders is my passion. I also offer codependency counseling for relationships. You will learn different skills, embody personal growth, and achieve recovery.
I offer a safe and personalized therapeutic experience. The services I provide are confidential and can be accessed via telehealth or in person. I am a wife, mother, daughter, and I have gone through my own transformation and I want to help you with yours.
