Better Sex Through Mindfulness
A Group Therapy For Women with Low Sexual Desire An 8-week group that will cover sex & topics surrounding it to help women learn a variety of mindfulness exercises that aim to cultivate present-moment awareness, self-compassion, and reduce distress. This is a judgment-free group with the goal of mindful introspection around sex.
