I am EMDR Certified, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy certified, specializing in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and trauma-related issues in adults, including ADHD, spiritual trauma, & narcissistic abuse. I work with clients who have experienced chronic and complex trauma or single-incident trauma. My passion is helping people uncover their own inherent wisdom, which is often buried under layers of emotional pain or unhelpful belief systems. Through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) & other evidenced-base practices, like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness, I gently support my clients in meeting their own goals for therapy. I also enjoy working with individuals undergoing psychedelic assisted therapies, such as Ketamine therapy.
