Not accepting new clients
Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forward" -kierkegaard. Pursuing additional support is one of the first steps towards therapeutic healing and growth. Although everyone's journey is different, my commitment as a counselor is to help with self exploration, empowerment and ability to uncover the underlying answers within themselves. Sometimes the most important healing tool is having someone to confide in that is safe and non-judgmental; as a counselor my hope is that I can be that support who will work with you towards finding your solace.
My goal is to work together with my clients, towards developing tools and confidence to overcome life's challenges. Though the past is always a part of our story that cannot be changed, we will explore pattern behaviors and thinking that may be influencing your ability to manage your future.
As a counselor, I support each of my clients on their own journey through life challenges in a safe and compassionate environment. Through working with clients on an individual, family or couple level, my passion is working together to develop practical strategies that can be applied to your daily life.
