As a counselor, I seek to provide you with a safe space in order to facilitate growth. Each person has unique needs and abilities. It is my goal to use those help determine your therapeutic goals, creating a pathway to feeling empowered, able, and to, ultimately, experience less negative symptoms.
My specialties include, but are not limited to, relationship problems, depression, anxiety, crisis intervention, addiction, and trauma. My approach is a combination of CBT and Solution-Focused techniques, as well as Positive Psychology. I utilize a culturally competent style of counseling and have experience working with the LGBT+ population.
