Sometimes the answer is to slow down and simplify - connect to ourselves, our environment, and our communities, find the nectar in what we already have in our lives, and seek nuggets of joy. I walk alongside people who are going through life transitions, addictions, navigating non-traditional relationships, integrating psychedelic experiences, coping with painful experiences and losses, exploring seuxuality and gender, or just wanting a richer, fuller life.
We offer hiking sessions in Estes Park, CO, in office or outside in Louisville, and virtual sessions in Colorado and Wyoming. We offer psychedelic-assisted therapy for those struggling with depression or addiction who have not had success with talk therapy and medication, as well as integration of medicine experiences in the natural beauty of Colorado.
