Trail Ahead Therapy specializes in treating adolescents (ages 14 and up) and adults who experience anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, difficulty setting boundaries, and difficulties with communication & relationships. We are also LGBTQ+, Kink, Poly and HAES allied.
