I hold a masters and doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at University of Missouri-Columbia. I provide individual and couples psychotherapy for a range of presenting concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, identify development, grief and loss. I am passionate supporting BIPOC folx facing career issues in corporate spaces.
I believe healing and wholeness is a lifelong journey and that psychotherapy is a powerful opportunity to receive information, tools, guidance, and support. I would be honored to support your healing, and I believe the therapeutic process does not always have to be heavy and painful. There will be moments of levity and laughter as well.
