I assist clients who struggle with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression and want to bring about change in their lives. I help clients who want to find a balance and stability within themselves to learn and reconnect to a more desired life.
I specialize in helping clients identify and change negative thoughts about themselves that impact their daily activities, relationships, and experiences. I offer clients the process and the steps to understand themselves better. I offer clients a way to help them learn, grow and become more comfortable throughout their therapy journey.
