I have been in practice for over 28 years. My practice specializes in anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, phobias, and "life issues." I see people dealing with bereavement, adoption issues, relationship issues, work problems & health issues, such as cancer. I work with people of different ages/stages: Young adults, mid-life and senior citizens.

When dealing with life issues and anxiety I use Cognitive/Behavioral therapy techniques as well as psychodynamic techniques. When dealing with phobias, I believe in helping patients learn techniques to help relieve some of their anxiety symptoms and then working on their thoughts/cognitions which effect how they talk to themselves.

I have worked in the field for over 28 years, as a therapist as well as a supervisor who has trained interns. My philosophy is : Life is to be enjoyed, not endured. Isn't it time you started enjoying yours.
