I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, behavioral modification and mindfulness approaches for children starting at age 12, adolescents and adults who are dealing with struggles related; but not limited to, to life stressors, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, behavioral challenges, ADHD, as well as trauma.
I am a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and have worked with this population for over five years. My passion to work with and support tweens and teens stems from my years coaching middle school sports. I have experience working with Substance Abuse & Relapse Prevention. I have a decade of experience within the military communities.
