I truly understand anxiety, codependency, health issues, relationship issues, women specific issues, as well stress management problems, depression and post-partum depressive disorders. I am also committed to helping individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma & acute stress disorders and have specific training working with individuals diagnosed with severe health conditions including heart disease, obesity, stroke, perinatal bereavement, compulsive over-eating disorder, pre/post-op weight loss surgery patients.
