I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over 11 years of experience. I have been described as a supportive, caring, and compassionate therapist. I specialize in anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, coping skills, depression, and major life transitions.
I completed my Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) at Springfield College School of Social Work. I specialize in individual therapy, primarily working with adults and the elderly. My approach often combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a supportive approach, and person-centered therapy (PCT).
