My specialization is in treating people with anxiety and related disorders. I have many years of clinical experience treating individuals with OCD, GAD, social anxiety, panic disorder and specific phobias. My approach is integrative, combining the theories of exposure and response prevention, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
Taking the first step in starting therapy can be a difficult one so I strive to make the process as comfortable as possible.
