I offer specialized therapeutic services for individuals, adolescents, couples and families with an emphasis in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) designed to treat symptoms of anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Additionally, I am a trained facilitator offering couples access to Prepare/Enrich online relationship assessments used as a guide in therapy.
