About
Seeking help can be frightening and takes courage. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment by using empathy, authenticity, and humor. Taking the time to build a genuine connection is important. I believe in working collaboratively and finding the style of therapy that works best for your individual needs. I can support you through your therapeutic journey by exploring challenging topics and introducing tools that can be used to manage those challenges.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies from Ohio University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Edinboro University. I am a National Certified Counselor and supervised at Steele Counseling by Debra Steele, LMFT. I am offering individual counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling.
