I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and include elements of other systemic approaches to tailor to your needs and personality. I enjoy working with couples, individuals, teens, and families and fostering connections that generate satisfaction.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to get to know one another and help you get comfortable before meeting. I look forward to getting to know you and working together.
