Developing a workable treatment plan with my clients helps guide the focus of our sessions and gives you a sense of accomplishment.
In my 20+ years of providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, I have helped empower my clients to develop skills in overcoming such difficulties such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, etc. During treatment, I use several evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention and Mindfulness.
