I would like to provide you with a warm and caring therapeutic space where you feel heard and understood. I bring genuineness, compassion, humor, and unconditional acceptance into my work. I have a passion to support adolescents, emerging adults, and adults. I am a relational, collaborative, and person-centered therapist. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, mindfulness-based approaches, and play therapy interventions to help my clients facilitate meaningful growth and change.
My specialties include working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, parenting issues, relationship difficulties, complex trauma, and family of origin issues. I have over 10 years of experience helping individuals in group private practice and residential therapy settings.
I offer each of my clients a non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive therapeutic relationship to build insight, make meaning of their experiences, and build tools to cope with their life stressors. I look forward to joining you in pursuit of your individual goals.
