As a certified Death Doula and Contemplative Psychotherapist, I have a deep desire to support those moving through loss and life transitions. I am also a certified yoga teacher who loves helping people in all bodies find peace inside and outside of themselves. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, Contemplative Psychotherapy, Grief Counseling, Positive Psychology, and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles. I’m currently expanding my training in Gestalt and IFS. I enjoy working with adults who identify as highly sensitive, high-achieving, and/or LGBTQIA+. I support those who long to live more authentically and bravely.
Beyond my clinical training, I bring the wisdom of lived experience. I have walked through many deep personal losses. I understand intimately how grief can reshape us and how tender and precious life feels on the other side. This work is not just my career; it is my way of life.
