Hi there & welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a private therapy practice dedicated to supporting children, teens, young adults, caregivers, & families. My passion & expertise lie in helping young people who are navigating autism spectrum disorder, neurodevelopmental differences, behavioral & emotional challenges, &/or the impact of trauma. I also help those with anxiety, depression, oppositional behaviors, peer/social challenges, stress of parental divorce, &/or those in who are in crisis. I also have extensive training & experience treating trauma/PTSD in both children & adults.
I am a graduate of the University of Southern California & have practiced clinical social work for 14 years. I use a strengths-based, solution-focused approach & describe my therapy style as eclectic, creative, attuned, compassionate, relational, collaborative & highly tailored to the unique needs of each person I support in therapy.
I believe that my clients are the best experts on themselves, with my role being a compassionate & supportive partner, and at times a gentle guide, throughout the process of change, discovery, growth and healing. I meet every client with respect and deep appreciation for his/her individuality. I offer free 15 minute consultations prior to starting therapy.
