Therapy for Women Navigating Anxiety, Change, and Emotional Overload. Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful women who have spent years managing work, family, and the needs of others. Over time, anxiety, emotional overload, health changes, and shifting relationships can quietly accumulate. Life begins to feel heavier, and coping doesn’t come as easily as it once did.
I work with women who want to understand what’s driving their stress and learn how to respond with more clarity and confidence. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen self-trust, and develop steadier ways of navigating change.
Therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis. Many women come because they want greater clarity, balance, and a stronger sense of agency in their lives. I offer a limited number of in-network appointments and also work with private-pay clients seeking a focused, individualized experience.
