Life can take us down many different roads. Sometimes those roads can have bumps, holes, or be so deteriorated that it's difficult to travel. Counseling is an effective way to navigate life's difficulties. I treat a wide range of issues such as depression and other mood problems, anxiety and stress, relationship issues, life changes, adjustment to disability, behavioral issues and many more. Over my career, I have had opportunities to work with all ages and varied mental health problems. My goal for everyone I treat is to help them identify their problems and work to resolve those issues so that they can move forward in life.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I have specializations in Clinical Supervision & Technology-Assisted Counseling & Supervision. I am also trained in TF-CBT and am a member of the ACA. I am licensed in AR, WY, WA, and GA and registered for telehealth in SC.
