I am experienced and trained in TF-CBT and therefore can help individuals to understand, explore and manage their trauma symptoms as well as develop their own trauma narrative. I am also skilled in helping individuals to develop coping skills toolkits to better manage anxiety, depression, and everyday life stressors.
