Welcome! Client's come to me for support during pregnancy, postpartum, infertility concerns, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and interpersonal conflict.
I have been trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to support past traumas and symptoms associated with big life changes that may arise. I have been trained in Perinatal Mood Disorders and have been working within this population for more than 4 years. I focus on meeting clients where they are and helping them develop attainable goals.
