I received my Undergraduate degree from Samford University in Human Development and Family Studies and a Masters degree from the University of Alabama with a specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy, and Motivational interviewing in order to help people reach their stated goals.
