Kiddos: 25+ years of experience (frmr. teacher & school counselor), Attachment, CPP, PCIT, TF-CBT to support children and families with healing skills. Caregivers are an integral part of our work to support children (ages 0-18) cope with trauma - including abuse, adoption issues, anxiety, depression, anger, oppositional behavior, ADHD, or relating to others.
For adults struggling with loss of self, maintaining relationships, anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD or sexual health issues, I provide a safe space for exploration and growth. With couples, I support your efforts to strengthen your connection, repair relationships, and develop more effective communication.
