I believe that when they are ready to talk, in their own time, the sessions will become more productive. I try to make the sessions calm and comfortable so that the client feels safe. However, I will be honest with clients and challenge them to move into a healthier space. My philosophy is that you have the power within yourself to overcome and conquer that which is keeping you from moving forward to becoming a better you.
