I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (WA state and TX state) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I earned my MA in Marriage and Family therapy at Alliant University San Diego and my BA in Psychology at California State University Northridge. I previously worked as a school therapist with children ages 6-13 along with their families and have experience working with different cultures, demographics, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and want you to be as involved in the process as I am. As a former horse trainer, I love coaching athletes to success. I currently see ages 15+.
Through therapeutic models like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), I want to help find what works for you and your healing journey.
I am also passionate about working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence, childhood and/or sexual trauma, and PTSD related to other traumatic events. In addition to trauma work, I am also very experienced in working with eating disorders.
