I enjoy working with adults, families, and couples, with a special focus on mixed ethnicity couples and the BIPOC community. I've had success addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, family dynamics, relationship challenges, and work-life balance. I am a woman of mixed ethnicity, am in a mixed ethnicity marriage, and have children of my own, which helps me understand many of the difficulties faced by parents, couples, and families living in Los Angeles. My personal experiences, combined with my professional expertise, allow me to connect with clients on a deeper level as we work to navigate life.
