Hi, there! I have been working in the mental health field since graduating with my Master’s in Counseling in 2015. I started out my counseling career providing Evidence-Based family therapies for several years before transitioning into providing individual counseling.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy because everyone is unique and deserves treatment that is tailored to them.
