And beyond the clinical work, I believe that real change also happens outside of the therapy room — in the way you sleep, move, eat, connect, and take care of yourself day to day. Lifestyle isn't separate from mental health. It's deeply intertwined with it, and I pay attention to the whole picture.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — and I'm skeptical of anyone who does. I've trained in CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EMDR and other modalities and I draw from all of it. But knowing a lot of tools only matters if you know which one to reach for and when. We'll figure that out together.
I also integrate principles from Narrative Therapy to help you reframe and rewrite the stories that shape your life.
