Couples Retreats / Workshops in Napa

I offer private relationship retreats and workshops to gain tools and strengthen your relationship with your partner, reconnect, deepen intimacy, and rejuvenate. Couple's work is informed by Dr. Gottman's research and Dr. Sue Johnson's "Emotionally Focused Therapy" to explore the couples' patterns of relating and strengthen their adult attachment bond, so that your relationship may be your source of support and growth.
