I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore both their challenges and their strengths. I work with adults 18 and up, specializing in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and attachment issues. My approach is collaborative and grounded in empathy. I use evidence-based methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), in which I am trained and currently working toward certification, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, person-centered care, and trauma-informed practices.
I believe therapy is most effective when it’s a partnership, and I’m committed to walking alongside my clients with honesty, hope, and respect. I bring my full self into each session, sometimes goofy, always kind, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge when it’s helpful.
