Hi, I'm Tracy. For most of my adult life, I have dedicated myself to the mental health field, supporting individuals on their journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life. My therapeutic approach blends person‑centered principles with evidence‑based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m especially passionate about helping individuals move through life transitions, manage everyday stressors, and process trauma‑related experiences.
