I'm NOT your typical therapist. I don't sit across from you as the expert with the answers. I sit next to you as someone who's figured this out the hard way. I'm a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult and recovering perfectionist. I don't just understand the struggle, I live it. Sessions feel more like two friends working through something than a clinical appointment. I work with high-masking, late-diagnosed (or questioning) autistic, ADHD, and OCD adults, killing it at the job and falling apart on the basics. People who feel like laundry, dishes, and answering texts should be easy, but can't figure out why they're not.
We focus on what works for your brain, not what should work. We'll talk through your week, your systems, what keeps getting stuck. We work the here and now. We might look back to understand patterns, but we're not processing trauma. This is practical, strengths-based support for people who are stuck and tired of beating themselves up.
I also offer assessments to figure out if it's ADHD, autism, or something else getting in the way. As a rehabilitation counselor, I bring a disability lens most therapists don't have. I help you build accommodations, set up your environment, and stop forcing yourself into systems never built for your brain. If this sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you.
