Are you feeling worried about your child’s emotional well-being, trauma history, or behavioral concerns? You’re not alone. Many teens and children struggle with anxiety, depression, & pressure to meet expectations at school, with peers, or online. You may also be facing your own challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or life changes, while trying to support your family. I offer a supportive, collaborative therapeutic space for children, adolescents, young adults, & families. My approach is trauma-informed & person-centered, focusing on understanding each individual’s experiences & strengths while working together toward healing.
I integrate a diverse range of therapeutic evidence-based modalities including: Play, sand tray, art, Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in working with children in foster or adoptive care.
I believe therapy has the power to promote healing, strengthen relationships, and support a more fulfilling life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, heal from trauma, develop healthy coping skills, and build resilience for the future.
