Welcome! I support individuals, couples, families, and teens in exploring personal challenges and transforming past patterns into more supportive ways of being. Everyone has times in their life when they may experience stress, depression, anxiety, anger, panic, body tensions, mood difficulties, or grief. Life challenges or trauma may lead to protective or reactive coping habits and inner/outer conflict. I offer a holistic, non-pathologizing approach where we gently explore thoughts and feelings to discover the meaning of these symptom signals toward greater self-awareness, growth, and connecting with others in positive ways.
My approach is integrative and therapies I use include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, polyvagal theory, and concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work.
