My specialty is Emotion Focused Therapy. I love this modality because it gets to the heart of the matter pretty quickly. Our emotions hold wisdom about our thoughts and behaviors. In a safe, compassionate place, getting in touch with our emotions and growing in self-compassion can release us from depression and anxiety.
